so what do you have stuck to the back of your car? bumper stickers really tell a lot about a person, they quickly sum up who you are for all to see. pictured below is the back of my car, it says i’m over compensating because i drive a japanese car…..other people advertise about themselves……”look twice, save a life. watch out for motorcycles” is obviously a biker. the grateful dead stickers says you’re a pot head and tells the police to pull you over. “america, love it or leave it” = hater, “I brake at all railroad crossings,” has young kids, the white oval sticker’s with black letters on them which i have no idea what they mean, must be some kind of inside joke, i think they’re some kind of upperclass thing. “Beam me up, Scotty” a treky, the darwin fish = my friend, all the jesus saves type stickers say’s get away from me, the ICP stickers means meathead, the kill your television sticker tells me i’d never get along with you, and then you have the McCain / Palin stickers still on some cars…that just says evil never dies.

like i was talking about in the march 1st update……. this is an example of a vintage fish decoy, happens to be one of the few decoys i have, old or new. i believe it to be a bluegill, i have no idea who the carver is or the date it was done. the first picture you can see the loop on top of the fish as to where the line would be connected, that piece of metal is pretty well rusted, adds character. second picture is the bottom of the fish and you can see where the lead is used in the bottom of the decoy to keep it floating correct side up.
